VivaTech

META

VivaTech 2025 marked a critical moment for Meta to assert leadership in AI on Europe’s biggest tech stage.

With over 180,000 attendees and a saturated show floor of 2,800 exhibitors, the challenge was to cut through the noise and create a booth that was not only visually compelling but strategically aligned to Meta’s evolving AI narrative.

Our brief: inspire belief in Meta’s AI innovation, drive engagement with new products like Meta AI, Imagine and Ray ban x Meta and create experiences that felt immersive, useful and future-forward, while demonstrating clear business impact to a largely C-suite audience.

Our Approach
Our concept, La Maison de Meta, reimagined the booth as a living, breathing space of AI exploration, where enterprise, creators and consumers could co-create the future. Inspired by architecture, the design used portals to draw visitors into immersive, AI-powered experiences while The Blue Thread visually and spatially symbolised how Meta connects people, ideas and innovation.

We combined open, inviting zones with more intimate demo areas to balance footfall with focus, using recycled materials and calm textures to contrast the chaos of VivaTech. The Atrium served as the epicenter, hosting over 30 speaker sessions. Around it, attendees interacted with Meta’s latest tools: from the custom Imagine Me activation to guided demos of FAIR, Quest 3 and Ray-Ban Meta. Every element was designed to educate, inspire and invite hands-on discovery, delivering a stand that was both deeply experiential and unmistakably Meta.

Approach

Outcomes
The experience delivered across every objective, with over 11,000 visitors tracked on stand and an average dwell time of 17 minutes. More than 4,300 demos were completed and 2,688 attendees joined Meta-led talks and workshops. Revenue was touched through meetings, demos and product interactions—highlighting the commercial impact of the experience. Post-event surveys showed 85% found the booth extremely or very valuable to their business and 87% agreed Meta’s AI could fuel client growth.

With 2,000+ FAIR demo participants and standout engagement across Quest, Ray-Ban Meta and Imagine Me, Meta’s leadership in applied AI was powerfully reinforced.
